Refund Policy

You may return most unopened items sold and fulfilled by MEDX, Inc. within 15 business days of delivery for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened or returned more than 15 business days after delivery are not returnable or eligible for any refund. If you are unsure of how to return an item, we can provide you with a return-shipping label.

 

Items that are Not Returnable

MEDX, Inc. does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Items that say "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page.
  • Items that were delivered more than 15 business days ago.
  • Any item that has been opened.

Order Processing

All items purchased online with a credit card will be charged immediately upon order. All orders received by 3 PM central time will be shipped the same day, if possible.

Many of our products listed online require a personalized quotation, and are not available for instant online purchase. Any item may be purchased over the phone by calling the parts department at 800.323.6339 or 847.463.2020.
