Full Service Contract
In the course of a year, the cost of individual service calls made against a typical contract can exceed the price of a contract by 40% or more. As system performance is critical, our popular full service contracts protect your investment and keep your equipment running trouble free. It includes two preventive maintenance visits per year to ensure your equipment performs at its optimal level. In addition, you receive unlimited on-site emergency and non-emergency repair visits. With this contract option, our expert factory-trained field service representatives are typically able to assess the problem over the phone in order to arrive on-site with the corrective parts necessary to return the system to optimal operating condition with minimal downtime.
Shared Services Contract
A Shared Services Contract allows the customer and MEDX to partner in the maintenance of the nuclear medicine equipment. MEDX provides knowledgeable technical service specialists to assist you with system maintenance. These discounted contracts are based on first line response provided by your qualified biomedical engineering staff.
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Contract
When it comes to the lifespan of your nuclear medicine gamma camera or PET system, nothing is more critical than routine Preventative Maintenance (PM) check-ups. Why wait for a failure to occur? Schedule your Preventative Maintenance visit at least twice per year to assure the health of your equipment. In addition to on-demand preventative maintenance, we also offer customized Preventive Maintenance contracts for those customers that need an added assurance of optimum equipment health. Our preventive maintenance contracts include locked-in hourly service rates over the term of the PM contract as well as reduced replacement part rates. Billable Repair Services
In addition to contracted service offerings, MEDX Service and Support will be glad to provide you with the same experienced field service engineers and certified replacement parts, on-call. All of our services are available on a Time & Material (T&M) basis, as needed. Our rates on both parts and service will save the typical customer between 40 and 60% off of OEM pricing. Customers without service contracts will be provided with a brief troubleshooting and analysis session with a technical expert to assist in isolation or resolution of your issue. If additional technical support assistance or on-site repair is required, you will be provided with a repair estimate and a tentative on-site schedule to complete the repair.
